During these hours, you can expect your support request to be answered within two working days. The support system is monitored during weekends and holidays, but response times will vary.

We ensure the swift supply of spare parts to keep your equipment operational with minimal downtime. Please email us and include the necessary details, such as the part number or serial number. This information allows our support specialists to reach out quickly and effectively to address your needs.

ATS III warranty claim actions

If you need help with our ATS III product, fill in the information in the following form. All fields are required. Upon receipt of this WCA, an automatic WCA response email will be sent to the range POC and a POC designated by the Contracting Officer.

Prototyping & production

TTS’s application engineers are with you at every step, from prototyping and testing to serial installation and ongoing support. We continuously develop a broad range of sophisticated off-the-shelf target mechanisms.
